01 / Services

Eight kinds of work we take off your team's plate.

We don't sell software. We build, deploy, and maintain bespoke automations end-to-end — then hand you a monthly invoice instead of a payroll line.

01

AI agents & autonomous workflows

Multi-step agents that read inboxes, take actions in your tools, and ask for help only when they need to.

02

Customer support — chat & voice

24/7 voice and chat agents trained on your SOPs. Booking, FAQs, triage, refunds, escalation — handled.

03

Sales & lead generation

Inbound qualification, outbound research, CRM hygiene, follow-up sequences. Your reps see only the warm ones.

04

Document & data processing

OCR + RAG pipelines that extract, classify, and file. Intake forms, invoices, contracts, medical records.

05

Internal ops automation

HR onboarding, IT tickets, finance reconciliations, vendor approvals — the back-office work that doesn't scale.

06

Analytics & reporting

Daily executive briefings, anomaly alerts, dashboards that write themselves. We pipe your data, you read the summary.

07

Marketing automation

Content generation at scale, email sequences, ad creative rotation, SEO research. Tuned to your brand voice.

08

Custom LLM integrations

Domain-specific chatbots, internal copilots, function-calling APIs. Built for your stack, your data, your guardrails.

02 / Scenarios

Real businesses. Real before-and-afters.

Tap any scenario to see the manual workflow on the left and the automated one on the right. The animation runs at roughly real time — the after side finishes before the before side starts.

03 / Process

Two weeks to your first agent. Then we keep going.

We're not a 6-month consulting engagement. We pick one painful workflow, ship it, prove ROI, and earn the right to automate the next one.

▌ Step 01
Week 0

Discovery sprint

We sit in your operation for 2–3 days. Map the highest-pain manual workflows. Pick one to win first.

▌ Step 02
Week 1

Architect the agent

Choose the LLMs, the data sources, the human-in-the-loop checkpoints. You get a clickable prototype by Friday.

▌ Step 03
Week 2

Ship to production

Deploy on our infra or yours. Plug into your tools (CRM, phones, email, billing). Pilot with a small slice of volume.

▌ Step 04
Ongoing

Operate & evolve

We monitor uptime, accuracy, and edge cases. Monthly tuning. New workflows added as we earn them.

04 / ROI

Drag the sliders. Watch the math.

Rough-cut estimate based on what we've seen across 30+ deployments. Real numbers come out of the discovery sprint — this just tells you if the conversation is worth having.

05 / Toolkit

We are tool-agnostic. Strongly opinionated.

We pick the cheapest, fastest, most boring tech that solves your problem. You don't pay for vendor lock-in to be cool.

06 / About

Built in Dallas. In the room with you.

We started Dallas AI Automation because most of our clients had been burned by an offshore "AI consultancy" that disappeared three weeks in, or an enterprise SaaS contract they couldn't get out of.

We are a small studio in Deep Ellum. We will sit at your office, watch your team work, and ship the agent that takes the most painful hour of their day off their hands.

If you can drive to us — or we can drive to you in under an hour — we'd rather do this in person.

07 / FAQ

The honest questions people ask us.

Zapier connects apps. We design and operate agents — systems that decide, draft, summarize, and act with judgement. We do use Zapier (and n8n, and Make) under the hood when they're the right tool. We don't pretend automation = AI.

No. We build on your accounts (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, etc.) and hand over the source code, the prompts, and the docs at any point. If you fire us, you keep the system.

Pilots start at $8,500 for a single workflow, shipped in 2 weeks. Ongoing operations are a flat monthly fee scaled to volume — typically $2.5k–$15k/mo, which is almost always less than the headcount it replaces.

We deploy on your cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) when you have one, sign BAAs for healthcare clients, and never train on your data. SOC 2 documentation available.

Every production agent has retrieval grounding, output validation, escalation thresholds, and a human-in-the-loop checkpoint for irreversible actions. We log everything and audit weekly for the first 90 days.

We prefer to. We are in person at your office at least once a month for our local clients. We do remote engagements for the right fit anywhere in Texas + a handful elsewhere.

08 / Contact

Three ways to get to a 20-minute intro.

Talk to our intake agent right now, book on a real calendar, or email us. Whichever feels lower friction.
